What does ShelfHound monitor?
ShelfHound monitors the storefront, representative product, cart, and checkout path for outages, then checks selected products across active Shopify Markets for visibility, currency, availability, and cart issues.
Does ShelfHound change my store?
No. ShelfHound is read-only. It does not change products, inventory, prices, themes, markets, orders, or checkout settings.
Can I scan my store before paying?
Yes. Your first bounded scan runs before you choose a plan. If you want ongoing monitoring, the 14-day trial starts only after you approve it through Shopify.
Is this the same as uptime monitoring?
