ShelfHound monitors storefront, product, cart, and checkout availability; robots.txt and sitemap health; and selected products across active Shopify Markets for visibility, currency, availability, and cart issues.
Does ShelfHound change my store?
No. ShelfHound is read-only. It does not change products, inventory, prices, themes, markets, orders, or checkout settings.
Can I scan my store before paying?
Yes. Your first bounded scan runs before you choose a plan. If you want ongoing monitoring, the 14-day trial starts only after you approve it through Shopify.
Is this the same as uptime monitoring?
ShelfHound includes commerce uptime, but goes further than a generic page ping. Store Pulse watches the storefront, product, cart, and checkout path while Market Trails verify how products behave for shoppers in each market.
